Train X is a program curated specifically to help you get the most out of your daily performance.  This program is for all ages (starting at 10 and up) and levels that are looking to increase their stability, mobility, strength, power, speed, and aerobic capacity.  Train X has been designed with functional movement and athletic performance in mind, however, this type of training benefits everyone.

GolfX

Golf X is a program designed to help you reach your goals on and off the golf course.  This program includes the same type of gym training from Train X, but also includes practice planning to help you level up your intensity in practice. Golf X has been created for all ages (starting at 10 and up) and levels.

​

A key component to transferability of golf skills from a practice situation to on-course game play is pressure.  By adding in intentional practice with proper competitive elements, your performance will rise to match your goals.

Skill X is a program designed to help you level up your golf skills.  This includes harnessing your fundamentals, mapping out a plan to help you take ownership of your swing, and build your confidence to play your best no matter what your starting point is.  This program involves benchmarks, testing, skills and drills, practice planning, on-course strategy, competition preparation and many other skills. Skill X has been created for all ages (starting at 10 and up) and levels.

 

All coaching takes place at Northview G&CC.  

Online coaching is available.

Customized Performance plan

Create your own customized performance plan.  
 
There are a few things that will be taken into account before deciding the proper plan.  
 
These things are:
1. Where you are in your development.
2. Years of experience versus goals.
3. Time commitment and resources available.
4. The grit required to 'Connect the Dots'. 

As a background with a performance plan, every athlete needs to learn how to connect the dots between focused practice and intensity of practice to accelerate their learning and retention.  Whether your are a beginner, high level player, junior or adult, proper intention and planning is key.  In order to keep the athlete on track for their season, Key Performance Markers will be used to guide the athlete.  These KPM's will be created through benchmark testing, video work and various drills in practice to hold the athlete accountable to their progress.
