Lindsay Manion is considered one of the top Golf Performance Fitness Coaches in Canada. Lindsay’s background in golf as a Varsity athlete at the University of British Columbia and a student of the Bachelor of Human Kinetics program has led her into some of the top high performance coaching roles in BC.


Lindsay is the Lead Fitness Coach at the Tour Performance LAB, part of the coaching squad with the BCGA provincial program, and a coach to the Men’s and Women’s SFU Golf Program. Lindsay has also worked with UBC Men’s and Women’s golf programs in the past,  local high school golf programs, and has branched out to other sports like hockey where she works with the Bantam A1 North Delta Sundemons.

Lindsay’s passion for athletic performance doesn’t stop with her clients. She also competes in a variety of sports in her spare time. These include: golf, soccer, basketball, hockey, and snowboarding.

Lindsay has not only spent the last 7 years developing the technical skills to help her clients, but has also taken a deep dive into the broad world of human performance.  Lindsay believes in coaching the human being, not just the athlete. Through physical, mental, emotional and spiritual skills, habits and planning,  Lindsay is able to help prepare her athletes for anything that their sports or lives bring them!

Kevin Dieleman D.C.

Dr. Kevin studied Kinesiology during his undergraduate years at the University College of the Fraser Valley while also playing one year of collegiate volleyball and 4 years of basketball. During this time Dr. Kevin was a part of two national basketball championships. He then graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California. While completing his chiropractic education in California, Dr. Kevin’s interest and love for sports introduced him to Active Release Technique (ART). This has enabled him to spend much of his treatment time doing effective soft tissue work on his patients. Dr. Kevin has experience treating athletes from amateur levels to top professional athletes. During his career so far he has worked with the likes of college basketball teams, the Seattle Seahawks, national dance and skating competitors, and many of Canada’s top golfers. In the last few years he has put a lot of focus on proper human movement, sport performance and injury prevention. When not in the office, Kevin enjoys being active with his wife and three kids. If he is not with them then he is likely golfing.

Safia Kassam N.D.

Dr. Safia Kassam is a licensed Naturopathic Physician certified in intravenous therapy, Bowen therapy, acupuncture, and holds pharmaceutical prescription rights in BC.

Dr. Kassam graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2006 with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology.  During this time, she also completed five terms with the Cooperative Education Department as an Ergonomic Engineering Consultant in Michigan, with the designation of a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE).  Although this career was very rewarding, Dr. Kassam knew her true calling was in the field of medicine.
In 2009, Dr. Kassam returned back home to BC to pursue a career in Naturopathic Medicine.  During the intense 4-year program at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, she was also a part of Naturopathic Doctors International (NDI), a brigade providing free Naturopathic care to residents of a small town on Ometepe Island in Nicaragua.  Using local medicinals as well as acupuncture, massage, and counseling, this brigade delivered naturopathic care to over 150 residents, from newborns to the elderly. Conditions treated ranged from joint pain, gastrointestinal conditions, emotional trauma, and gynecological concerns requiring pelvic exams.At present, Dr. Kassam has a focus in digestive disorders, including SIBO, as well as hormone imbalances, weight management, thyroid dysregulation, chronic stress and adrenal dysregulation and low energy and fatigue.

Dr. Kassam is a sports enthusiast. She grew up playing competitive fastpitch softball, floor hockey, and basketball and is an avid Vancouver Canucks and Seattle Seahawks fan.  She also enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, and traveling.
